On Thursday December 10, 2010 at the annual Beaumont Crime Stoppers Christmas Party held at Pappadeaux in Beaumont, Shelia Perkins, Chairperson of the Beaumont Crime Stoppers Board, presented to Chief Frank Coffin a certificate from Governor Rick Perry recognizing Beaumont Crime Stoppers for 29 years of service.
