5/14/2013 - BPD Needs Help Identifying a Female

This week Beaumont Crime Stoppers needs your help identifying a female.

Beaumont Police Department Detective Division is asking for your help identifying a female  involved in credit card abuse cases with as many as 55 victims. Some of the victims are from other states.

5/14/2013 - BPD Detectives Looking for Person of Interest- Kerry Collier

Detectives with the Beaumont Police Department are searching for Kerry Collier, 21 year old Beaumont Man.  Collier is a person of interest in the Nicholas Rosen Murder case.  

Nicholas Rosen of Bridge City was shot in the head on April 4, 2013 in the 1000 block of Gage Street. Rosen was a passenger in a vehicle that pulled into a residence in the 1000 block of Gage Street to purchase drugs.  Rosen was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital and died on April 18th, 2013.

5/13/2013 - Wells Fargo Bank Robbery Suspect

On Monday, May 13, 2013 at 9:01 am, a white male entered Wells Fargo Bank at 4405 Dowlen Road. He got in line and then said he wanted a stack of $100 dollar bills. One of the tellers thought he was joking and commented. The man jumped on the counter and displayed a dark colored knife. He told the tellers it was not a joke, it was a robbery. The teller gave him and undetermined amount of money and he fled out the front doors.  A witness saw him driving away in a reddish colored, older moldel Volvo. He was last seen headed toward Applebee`s exit area.

He is described as about 5`8, late 30`s, long dark hair slicked back, black zip up collared jacket, maroonish or reddish colored shirt, dark jeans and dark tennis shoes. He had no facial hair, but it reported look unkept and dirty.

The FBI and Beaumont Detectives are still investigating the incident.

4/30/2013 - Female Using Stolen Debit Card

This week Beaumont Crime Stoppers needs your help identifying a female that used a stolen debit card.

On March 30, 2013  a purse was stolen from Journey`s in Parkdale Mall. A female was later caught on video in Walmart, using a stolen debit card from the purse for five different purchases. She is described as a heavyset, light complected black female, hair pulled back in a short ponytail and wearing a striped tank dress.

4/2/2013 - Burglar at Mike`s Grocery

This week Beaumont Crime Stoppers needs your help identifying a burglar.

On March 15, 2013 at 10:59pm, Beaumont Police responded to an alarm at  Mike`s  Grocery located at 680 Buford.  A black male was caught on video inside the business. He removed bricks, plywood  and part of the roof from the north west corner of the building to gain entry. He caused over $1500 in damage to the building and stole lottery tickets and cigarettes.

3/19/2013 - Man Passing Counterfeit $50 Dollar Bills

This week Beaumont Crime Stoppers needs your help identifying a man passing counterfeit $50 dollar bills.

On February 28, 2013, a black male went to at least three hotels and gave the clerks counterfeit $50 dollar bills.

He was reported to be approx 6`0 tall, 170 lbs, dark complected, bald and clean shaven. He was wearing a light blue striped polo shirt, dark jeans and white tennis shoes and entered the lobby each time, talking on a cell phone. He got change for the counterfeit $50 bills and was seen entering the driver side of a silver vehicle, possibly a BMW without a front license plate. The bills are altered $5 dollar bills and are not detected with the usual markers that are used by most businesses.

3/5/2013 - Man with Stolen Credit Card, Possible Auto Burglar

This week Beaumont Crime Stoppers needs your help identifying a man that used a stolen credit card.

On January 22, 2013 at approximately 5pm, a victim`s car was burglarized in the 1600 block of College St. at Mike`s Furniture. The victim discovered that her credit card had been used at the Dairy Queen on Washington and a black male was captured on video.

The suspect is between 30 to 35 years of age, dark complected, about 5`8" weighs around 150lbs, black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing blue jeans and a red and black tee shirt.

2/26/2013 - U-haul Offers Additional $1000 Reward for Info

This week Beaumont Crime Stoppers needs your help solving storage unit burglaries.

From May 2012 until January 2013,  there have been numerous storage units broken into in Beaumont.  U-haul, located at 3885 Milam has had numerous storage units burglarized and the owners would like to offer an additional $1000 crime stopper reward.    The burglaries are occurring between midnight and 5am. Two different vehicles have been caught on video, a red SUV (possibly an Equinox) and an older model car, 4 door, possibly two tone gray with a dark colored right front quarter panel. There are at least two suspects involved and one has a visible limp.

2/19/2013 - Wanted Fugitive Clarence Jerome Lafleur-Jones

Clarence Jerome Lafleur-Jones is wanted for Felony Theft and has a $50,000 bond. Clarence is a 20 year old Beaumont man, 5`11, 240 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, and has a tatoo on his right inner forearm. He hangs out in Pointe North on Magnolia St. and Ashley Park. Clarence may also be known as "Cee Loc Jones". Detectives would like to speak with Clarence about other pending charges. 2/12/2013 - Wanted Fugitive-George Broussard

This week Beaumont  Crime Stoppers needs your help locating a dangerous fugitive.

George Broussard,  23 year old Beaumont man, also known on the streets as "Man"  or "G",  is wanted for an Aggravated Robbery Warrant  with a $100,000 bond and a Delivery of Controlled Substance warrant.  Broussard is 5`6, 200lbs and is considered armed and dangerous. Broussard has other dangerous charges pending and we are working to get him off the streets as soon as possible. Broussard is known to hang out in Port Arthur and Beaumont.
